I first found Forthay on a search for nut free granola. Then I discovered the porridge. Game changer! I’m now hooked. Can’t quite decide on my favourite but am tending towards the spiced pear, apple and blueberries. The addition of cinnamon, ginger and cardomom a genius move. Loving my mornings!

Prepared by hand in small batches, combining soft succulent dried pear, rich fruity apple, juicy raisins and scrumptious plump blueberries. Then all combined with warming spices to provide a natural sweetness, warmth and deliciously moreish natural porridge, without any of the gimmicks!
Perfect served with milk or your non dairy alternatives.
We recommend a single 45g of porridge mix into a saucepan.
Add 210ml of your preferred milk or milk alternative.
Bring to the boil, and simmer for approx. 5 minutes, until creamy.
