We discovered Forthay by chance in a local farm shop, and have been firm fans ever since.
Key point is that, unlike most granolas, it is not heavily sugared, so the flavours of the individual ingredients come through and the textures of those ingredients are present as well, without the whole thing feeling terribly “earnest”!
Third time of purchasing this granola. Love the chocolate and orange flavour which is not sweet but just right. Knowing it’s baked to order and so fresh when it arrives is delightful.

Packed with almonds, cacao and seeds, to create a delicious wholesome crunch. Dates add a naturally sweet and soft scrumptious chewiness, baked in date and maple syrup to form chunky clusters.
Cacao powder has a wonderful aroma and flavour. It is low in fat, packed with antioxidants and minerals including iron, magnesium, potassium and zinc.
Cacao nibs are the purest form of chocolate you can buy. They are a superfood, naturally high in fibre, protein and healthy fats, and yet low in sugar. They are also a brilliant plant-based source of iron.
The Baobab tree, also known as the Tree of Life, is found in Africa. It is the baobab fruit that dries into powder and has a sherbet-like citrus tang.
