My wife loves this granola, especially the Sour Cherry and Chai flavours.

I love the taste of the delicious Mulberry Date and Chai Granola. The texture and flavour are ideal for me. I add a few grapes or some banana for a breakfast that easily fuels me until lunch time.

As the granola slowly bakes, the honey and oats form delicious clumps and our farmhouse kitchen is filled with warming scents of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and allspice.
White mulberries provide a wonderful texture to the granola, particularly when partnered with soft sweet chopped dates and a generous scattering of toasted coconut flakes.
Mulberries are a superfood. They have a sweet flavour with natural sugar. They provide high levels of protein, iron, vitamin C, calcium, fibre and antioxidants.
