Pecan nuts are a great source of energy, providing healthy fats. We combined these with succulent and chunky dried apple pieces sprinkled with light warming spice and protein-filled pumpkin seeds to create our scrumptious Pecan, Pumpkin Seed & Spiced Apple Granola.
