The Muesli is delicious.all natural with no additives or sugar and unprocessed. This type of healthy food is hard to find nowadays. I think it is important to have food with no additives and this muesli is just perfect. The Granola bars make a wonderful snack without feeling guilty while enjoying. I have to watch my diet because I had a stroke years ago and am so grateful to find this delicious mix of ingredients. I am no longer independent and able to cook my own food. Many foods now contain too much salt and additives whichI must avoid. It is a real pleasure to be able to enjoy the muesli. I could eat it for all three meals in the day. Well done Forthay. I purchased a box of this muesli while staying in the Cotswolds and visiting the food section of Burford Garden Centre. It is absolutely delicious – full of natural ingredients with no artificial additives .
So impressed with it I have recently mail ordered more of the honey glazed spice pear, apple and blueberry muesli, along with sour cherry bakewell granola and very berry porridge. Looking forward to trying out all my new cereals!

Baked by hand in small batches, gently toasting the gluten free jumbo oats, sunflower, pumpkin and chia seeds and roasted buckwheat, then baked in a touch of honey and warming spices to provide a natural sweetness and wonderful natural crunch.
