The Muesli is delicious.all natural with no additives or sugar and unprocessed. This type of healthy food is hard to find nowadays. I think it is important to have food with no additives and this muesli is just perfect. The Granola bars make a wonderful snack without feeling guilty while enjoying. I have to watch my diet because I had a stroke years ago and am so grateful to find this delicious mix of ingredients. I am no longer independent and able to cook my own food. Many foods now contain too much salt and additives whichI must avoid. It is a real pleasure to be able to enjoy the muesli. I could eat it for all three meals in the day. Well done Forthay.
