We discovered Forthay by chance in a local farm shop, and have been firm fans ever since.
Key point is that, unlike most granolas, it is not heavily sugared, so the flavours of the individual ingredients come through and the textures of those ingredients are present as well, without the whole thing feeling terribly “earnest”!
Loved the pick and mix idea- have tried the Sour Cherry Bakewell for the first time and very tasty – definitely get a tang from the dried cherry.
